4:13-14 (ESV) 13 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into
such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit” 14
yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are
a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. 2 Timothy 2:14 (ESV)
14 Remind them of these things, and charge them before God not to quarrel
about words, which does no good, but only ruins the hearers. Psalm 9:10 (ESV)
10 And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have
not forsaken those who seek you. Ephesians 5:19-21 (ESV) 19 addressing one
another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to
the Lord with your heart, 20 giving thanks always and for everything to God
the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, 21 submitting to one another
out of reverence for Christ. Luke 6:12 (ESV) 12 In these days he went out to
the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God. Philemon
1:4-7 (ESV) 4 I thank my God always when I remember you in my prayers, 5
because I hear of your love and of the faith that you have toward the Lord
Jesus and for all the saints, 6 and I pray that the sharing of your faith may
become effective for the full knowledge of every good thing that is in us for
the sake of Christ. 7 For I have derived much joy and comfort from your love,
my brother, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed through you.

it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew
