Mindset Towards People Now we must review people with our hearts. We must
visualize people through the word.Don’t you know that we are living in the
twenty first century, a world where certain sins are being glorified. If we
boldly speak out against these sins, then we tend to be classified as haters
or bigots or being intolerant.These
names are misapplied to many, but unfortunately, they do apply to
some.But the question we have to ask ourselves, are our standards developed
through God’s word, or our standards developed by some other means and the
word of God is used as a veil which we hide behind?Let me give you an example
of that.If you read the bible you come to the conclusion that homosexually is
a sin, we understand that, here you are this good person and you read this
bible. You have nothing against this person that practices homosexually that
is what this person is doing he needs to repent of, it is sin. Is like
adultery need to repent of just like fornication, just like lying, just like
cheating, like stealing.You understand it is sin. Something that Jesus died
on the cross for.So your standard is determine by the word of God, and yes
people may call you names but you know that the only reason why you hate that
act is because of just saith the Lord.The word of God makes it clear. But yet
we live in an age in which some people just hate folks. I mean there are just
some people who wake up every morning and instead of drinking a cup of coffee
the drink a gallon of (hatearade), and they just go on a mission to hate
everybody for something. It doesn’t matter what it is they just hate, I mean
they have PHD’s (Player Hater Disease), they just hate people.And yet when
they are called out on this hate the very first thing they want to do is say
well well well read in the Bible where God hates these things and then they
turn around and say God hates these people.You understand it is sin.

the word is that it gives us that same disposition in which we hate the sin
but, we love the sinner. That is why when we see a person engaging in sins
that shouldn’t be us drawing back that should be us drawing near to help them
come out of that mess that they are in. |
