150913 AM From the Treibe of Benjamin

From the Tribe of Benjamin  In Genesis 49, Jacob is about to pass from this life, and he calls his sons together to offer them a blessing. To his last son, Benjamin, he says this in verse 27: “Benjamin is a ravenous wolf.” The tribe of Benjamin was known for their fierce and mighty warriors (Judges 20:15-16; 1 Chronicles 12:2; Judges 3:15). And, from the tribe of Benjamin, we see two men rise up and become great leaders – but one man allowed vices to rule his life and the other displayed the virtues of God.  ______________, the first King of Israel           _______, of Tarsus (Paul, the Apostle) __________ 1 Samuel 8:4-9, 19-22; 1 Samuel 9:1-2, 15-16; 1 Samuel 18:6-11 ____________ Acts 9:1-3, 8-9; 2 Corinthians 10:17; 1 Corinthians 15:9-10; 1 Timothy 1:15 ____________ 1 Samuel 13:8-11,13-14 _________ 1 Corinthians 7:7; Philippians 4:8-9 ___________ 1 Samuel 19:9-10 ___________  Galatians 5:22-23; Philippians 4:11-13 ___________ 1 Samuel 23:25-28 ____________ Galatians 5:22-23; Acts 14:8-10 ___________ 1 Samuel 17:2-3 __________ Galatians 5:22-23; Acts 24:24-25 ____________ 1 Samuel 15:1-3, 8-9   ___________ 2 Timothy 4:6-8 _________ 1 Samuel 31:3-4 _________ 1 Thessalonians 2:7-8; Acts 28:30-31
