Hebrews
7:18-19 (KJV) 18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going
before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. 19 For the law made
nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we
draw nigh unto God. 2 Timothy 3:15-17 (KJV) 15 And that from a child thou
hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto
salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16 All scripture is given
by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for
correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be
perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. Hebrews 8:6-9 (KJV) 6 But
now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the
mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. 7
For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been
sought for the second. 8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the
days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of
Israel and with the house of Judah: 9 Not according to the covenant that I
made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them
out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I
regarded them not, saith the Lord. Deuteronomy 5:33 (KJV) 33 Ye shall walk in
all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live,
and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the
land which ye shall possess. Matthew 28:19-20 (KJV) 19 Go ye therefore, and
teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I
have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the
world. Amen. Hebrews 10:1-4 (KJV) 1 For the law having a shadow of good
things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those
sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers
thereunto perfect. 2 For then would they not have ceased to be offered?
because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience
of sins. 3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins
every year. 4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats
should take away sins. Galatians 3:10-13 (KJV) 10 For as many as are of the
works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one
that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to
do them. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it
is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 And the law is not of
faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13 Christ hath
redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is
written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: Galatians 5:1-2 (KJV) 1
Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and
be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. 2 Behold, I Paul say unto
you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. Ephesians
1:3 (KJV) 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath
blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Exodus
3:15 (KJV) 15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the
children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God
of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for
ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations. |
